The first finished image from the photos I shot during
Mark Greenawalt's body painting demonstration at MythosCon 2011.
Comments are always appreciated! (hint - hint)

The model is Denae MM# 55871

LE: 1/160 f/5.0 ISO 100. Marks AB 800's in large soft boxes. (He had 2 of them on set, but this shot was done with just 1 of them firing from Camera Left. I have no idea what the settings of the light was...)
The lighting rig and body paint is Marks creation...all I did was push a button on the camera! Oh...I did the post production as well so I suppose that's worth something.

Sara and I did a Red Riding hood set based on an image we found in a book of Erotic Fantasy Art.
I don't know about you but now I see what the Wolf was fussing about...

Tori has gone from being a pretty model I met on Model Mayhem, to being one of the most incredibly talented friends I have. This was taken at the last Dark Ones August party. We actually had a Photoshop Contest with this one while messaging back and forth on Facebook as we both did what we could to improve the "raw" photo.
The first thing she noticed in my version was that I had given her lipstick...

I wanted to test some Strobist lighting techniques, using a DIY snoot & a Grid Spot combo out in the bright bright midday sun of a Phoenix Summer day...just cuz I had nothing better to do with my time...

Ariza Nights from Model Mayhem answered the casting call and we spent a couple of hours in the heat at Sahuaro Ranch Park in Glendale AZ with me testing various combinations of settings on both my 430EX Speedlight and Canon 40D.

This is the first processed image with more to come as time allows.

Strobist: Shot with a 70-200 f/2.8 L USM at f/10 1/320 shutter speed. My DIY gridspot/snoot attached to the 430EX which is at full power, camera right set just to illuminate her face as she lounged on a park bench. It's almost as if I planned it that way...

Sorry for the false start! Just wanted to post this while time permits. I am currently working on more of the photos of Franchesca (The Pinup Girl from a few posts back) and I needed to take a break so I was experimenting with some techniques on this image of KayCi and frankly I really like the results!
I'd LOVE to know your opinion as well! Please post your comments here on the blog.

Thanks!

The intention here is for Franchesca to be IN a "cheesy" Pinup oil painting. How'd I do?
Comments are always welcome

The latest image of Franchesca. I am very happy with the way it came out. I would love to have your feedback!
Please post any comments here on the blog and not as an email response. I appreciate it!

For several weeks I have had some props in my possession that I have been craving to shoot with. They are a couple of St. Andrews crosses and I have been trying to find someone willing to let me tie them up to one and take pictures! The wait is over. Introducing Heathyr:

Here are two of the most recent additions to Tiara & Cory's finished images on my Keyhole Productions Photography Flickr Stream:

Two images from my recent project. Model: The AMAZING Julie Ernes (Model Mayhem #105641). Julie's makeup was done by Lisa "Angel Kissed Makeup" (MM#780027)
Both of these ladies were fantastic to work with. In fact, Lisa had worked with Julie in the past and recommended her to me for the project. They are a great team and I can't wait to do another job with them both!

Judi Aragon. Taken at the Lighting Essentials Workshop, July 2007. This was shot at the Tempe Municipal Building at high noon...in July...in the sun...Judi wasn't the only thing that was Hot out there!

From my recent photo shoot with Bri Lynn. Model Mayhem # 599934

I finally had my photo shoot with Jessica yesterday! Due to time constraints for the shoot, we didn't get as many pics shot as I would have liked, but I must say that overall I am happy with what we did get!
I have one image ready to show...and here it is!

Playing in Photoshop again.
I would love to have your comments / critiques!
(Be sure to click on the image, and then view it full size to get the real picture. Don't let the splotches you see here influence your opinion!)

My attempt at creating a Pinup style look using an image of the Lovely and Talented Spyder Baby (Jessica) from the photo shoot we did for The Violet Wing.
